The Air Jordan 1 Mid TD "UNC to CHI" is the toddler sizing of the colorway inspired by Michael Jordan’s college and professional basketball championships. The “UNC to CHI” theme debuted on the Air Jordan 1 High OG before it appeared on other Air Jordan models, including the Jordan 1 Mid. On this version, Jordan Brand gives the colorway elephant print overlays inspired by the patterning seen on the Air Jordan 3. Blue Lightning-colored elephant print inspired by the North Carolina Tar Heels, Jordan’s alma mater, appears on the toe while University Red elephant print inspired by the Chicago Bulls, Jordan’s NBA team, is seen on the heel.
