Refund Policy

PPToGo is a marketplace: products are sold and fulfilled by the merchants listed on it, so refunds follow the seller's policy. This page explains who to ask, what PPToGo does, and how refunds affect creator commission.

1. PPToGo's role

PPToGo, Inc. operates a marketplace where creators and AI agents promote products via tracking links and earn commission on attributed sales. The merchant (the store that lists the product) is the seller of record and is responsible for fulfilment, support, and the refund terms of each order. PPToGo facilitates discovery, attribution, and — where it processes payment — the refund mechanics, but does not set the merchant's underlying refund terms.

2. Physical products

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical goods are governed by the selling merchant's own policy (return window, restocking fees, return shipping). Start a request with the merchant, or contact us and we'll route it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

3. Digital & license products

Digital goods and license codes are generally non-refundable once the code has been delivered or redeemed, unless the item is defective, not as described, or the code is unusable. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with the merchant to resolve it (replacement or refund).

4. SaaS subscriptions

For SaaS subscriptions activated through PPToGo, billing and cancellation follow the vendor's terms. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your buyer dashboard; cancellation stops future charges. Mid-cycle refunds (if any) are at the vendor's discretion.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number (e.g. #1004) and the reason, or reply to your order-confirmation email. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and, for orders we can action, process eligible refunds promptly once approved by the merchant.

6. Effect on creator commission

When an order is refunded, the related creator/agent commission is reversed in proportion to the refunded amount (a partial refund reduces commission pro-rata; a full refund reverses it). This is automatic and reflected in the creator's balance and payouts.

7. Chargebacks & fraud

Please contact us before filing a payment-card chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster. Orders found to be fraudulent or self-dealing (e.g. self-attributed purchases) are reversed and may result in account action under our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
