What is it? A mat with a heat-reflective layer that returns your pet's own body heat. No cable, nothing to plug in, nothing to chew through — so it can be left down all day, including unattended.

Is it electric or heated? No. It doesn't generate heat of its own — it reflects existing body heat back once your pet settles on it, which takes a few minutes.

What sizes do you offer? Small, Medium and Large, sold individually, or Small and Large together as a set. Measure your pet lying stretched out and allow a few centimetres either end.

Where can I use it? Crates, carriers, the boot of the car, or on top of an existing bed. The anti-slip base keeps it put on tile and laminate.

Is it washable? Yes. Machine wash cool, air dry. Soft top layer, heat-reflective middle layer, anti-slip base.

Anything I should know? Supervise pets that chew.
