Loose leaf oolong tea sits between green and black tea, so one cup can be floral, fruity and toasty at once. Dark Iris is our peach oolong with pistachio and rose, Avalon is a roasted Tieguanyin with apple and caramel, and Superbloom is a bright jade oolong with lemon verbena. For a pure single estate leaf, Rare Leaves Black Pearl is a charcoal roasted Taiwanese oolong.
