Silent Night - Chocolate Nutmeg Rooibos (Caffeine Free)

Silent Night is hot chocolate without the sugar crash. Cacao shell and honeybush give a buttery, milk-chocolate depth; fresh nutmeg adds that eggnog-and-shortbread warmth; and the rooibos base keeps it smooth and completely caffeine-free. It is the blend we reach for on cold nights when a cup of cocoa sounds right but a sugar hit does not.

Tastes like: chocolate ganache, nutmeg, shortbread. With milk it is creamy and eggnog-like; with a little honey it is dessert.

How to brew: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz cup, fully boiling water (212°F), steep 5–7 minutes. It will not turn bitter if you steep longer. For a latte, brew double strength and top with steamed milk or oat milk.
