The Buffalo Bills Billustration by Caleb Kids 9FORTY Snapback features an embroidered Josh Allen Bills logo at the front panels paired with original artwork created by a child receiving care through Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo. This one-of-a-kind design is part of a special collection supporting the Patricia Allen Fund.
Caleb, age 10, lives with cerebral palsy, but his journey has been defined by determination and progress. After undergoing an intensive neurosurgical procedure at Golisano Children's Hospital of Buffalo (GCH Buffalo), Caleb has worked tirelessly through physical therapy and recovery, gaining the strength to stand and walk. With the support of his leg braces, he continues moving toward his next goal: running.
For his Billustration cap, Caleb chose a design that's as joyful and unique as he is. A rainbow unicorn takes center stage, complete with leg braces just like his own, a playful reflection of both his imagination and his journey.
The result is a cap that celebrates resilience, optimism, and all the possibilities that lie ahead.
